Cookies and similar technologies: we and our partners use cookies, local storage and pixels to remember preferences, measure traffic and serve advertising. See Section 5 below.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain and improve the website and its content.

KP Jobs displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks including Mediavine / Journey by Mediavine and their supply partners, and, where applicable, Google AdSense / Ad Manager. These partners may collect and use data (such as IP address, device identifiers, browsing behaviour and general location) to serve personalised or non-personalised ads, cap the number of times you see an ad, and measure ad effectiveness.

5. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them in four categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work (e.g. remembering that you have accepted this notice).
- Preferences — remember settings such as language and theme.
- Analytics — help us understand which articles readers value (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Advertising — used by our ad partners to serve and measure ads.

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. Where we transfer personal data out of the EU / UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
12. Security
We use industry-standard measures — HTTPS, encrypted databases, access controls and regular reviews — to protect your data. No online service is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to reduce risk.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page and, where required, notified by email.
