Employers who post job listings warrant that their posts are truthful, lawful, and comply with equal-opportunity and non-discrimination laws in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to remove any listing or user content at our discretion, without notice.
By submitting content (comments, job posts, reviews) you grant KP Jobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute and promote that content in connection with the Site.
6. No Employment Relationship
KP Jobs is a publisher and job-listing platform. We are not a recruitment agency, employer, or employment broker. We do not participate in the hiring process, do not verify every listing beyond published editorial standards, and are not responsible for the acts, omissions or hiring decisions of employers or applicants.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — articles, guides, graphics, logos, code and design — is the property of KP Jobs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. "KP Jobs" and the KP Jobs logo are trademarks of KP Jobs.
8. Third-Party Links & Advertising
The Site contains links to third-party websites and advertisements served by third parties including Mediavine / Journey by Mediavine, Google and other networks. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites or ads. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
